Another year, another world of movie possibilities. Here's the list of my 10 ANTICIPATED MOVIES OF 2020!
0:03 Literally everybody else: “twenty-twenty”Only Jeremy Jahns: “two thousand twenty”
WTF are you doing with your hair? Jeremy is about to break out in Summer Loving.
It’s pronounced Deny Velnuv.
“All the subtlety of a chainsaw” lmao I died
What about Halloween Kills?!?!
Birds of Prey
Another Bond movie? Yaaawwwnnn
What about black widow
My most anticipated film of 2020 will be Edgar Wright's "Last Night in Soho", his first crack at making a serious thriller/psychological horror, and also it's an original film, not an adaptation or something like that (too many adaptations and sequels). That being said, Tenet, Dune and that David Fincher movie I wasn't aware of are definitive must see.
Dune is defiantly my #1 most anticipated
Jeremy's 1960s greaser hairstyle is still holding up
no time to die, dune, mobius, eternals, sonic are going to be huge embarrassing flops.
Daniel Creg? Who's that?
I LOVED Bill and Ted but I don't know how it'll work in 2020, we don't even have payphones anymore let alone payphone booths, shit we barely even have landlines anymore!! Hopefully acknowledges/makes fun of how archaic "telephones" are LOL
I’m so fucking hyped for Dune
Duh knee Vilnuff.
Is Jahns 20 years old. Goldfinger? You Only Live Twice? Goldeneye? From Russia with Love. Come on. We pay you the BIG BUCKS.
The most important question is how many of these movies will be ruined with a bunch of ‘woke’ nonsense? ‘No Time to Die’ definitely will be, of course.
No Black Widow? Next to Tenet and Wonder Woman that would be mine.
I just now noticed his hair!!!!! I’m going to have to look at old videos to see if this is a new thing or I’m just not that observant.
Where's Black Widow?
Fuck Dennis Villeneuve
@Arthur Oliveira Souza that's funny. But hes a pretty soulless director, who doesn't really have any actual ideas beyond rebooting old books/movies. Villeneuve is a director designed to trick you into thinking he is the epitome of artistry in cinema. And most people who fall for it are generally just pseuds who haven't ever seen an arthouse film, foreign film or, etc. Michael bay and Villeneuve are pretty similar all things considered. Not a huge fan.
Michael Bay,Fast and dumb and transformers fan,who don´t know what is real cinema.
Christopher Nolan is asssssss
When I see the invisible Man title all I can think of is Kevin bacon in hollowman trying to rape any woman he comes into contact with.
Venom 2. Carnage on the big screen. come on. after seeing Morbius trailer today. that trailer got me super hyped.
I love Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure! It's my favorite movie. So looking forward to seeing Bill and Ted Face the Music.
Do you say Twenty-Twenty (20-20) or TwoThousand-Twenty (2-020)?
I'm sorry but your pompadour hairdoo is really stupid and distracting
BTw- dennis villenueve-Have you seen INCENDIES?
You got a real flock of seagulls effect goin on, on top of your head.
Black WidowWonder WomanEternalsTenet GhostbustersHalloweenKong vs Godzillla
Does anyone else note the irony of him fearing the Witcher community will pitchfork him?
It's Twenty-Twenty!!! For Crying out load!!! I might as well say the year I was born in as Nineteen-hundred and Ninety!!! XDIf we're talking about films coming out this year? It's Dune all the way, it's my favourite book of all time and it needs a film adaptation that brings cinematic justice as Peter Jackson once did with 'The Lord of the Rings.'
No Black Widow. Ouch!
Good list Jeremy. I always like seeing your most anticipated or even your favorite movies of a year. I like most of those, but I have a few that I am more excited to see than some of yours that you listed. ie. not as excited about Bill and Ted sequel 30+ yrs later, new Ghostbusters, The Gentleman (but I do want to see these too). In no order, just naming 10 films off the top of my head. - Dune- Quiet Place 2 - Eternals- Wonder Woman 1984 - Tenet- 007 No Time to Die- Death on the Nile- New Mutants (the film that finally made it in theaters....lol)- Black Widow- The Conjuring 3
You don't know how to pronounce "Villeneuve"? How do you pronounce "Smallville"? Now you know how to pronounce "Villeneuve".
Jeremy missed a film: how his hair gained sentience.
Dune will be two movies
Jeremy, yes you do have a handlebar 'stache, but it's cool. Also, Death Stranding! And Witcher (games, Netflix show etc...) what happened, you don't like these?
Trial of the Chicago 7
Tenet, Dune, and Ghostbusters are the big ones I want to see on this list. I think Invisible Man could be good. Mank looks interesting. Wonder Woman will probably be great, but, I’ll be honest, I can barely keep up with Marvel, let alone DC.
The 80s Dune wouldn't have been as flawed if they would have released it uncut the first time. The majority of the cut content contained valuable information about the main plot as a whole. The Syfy miniseries is a thorn in my side for various reasons. Especially making Paul a redhead when the books clearly stated he looked more liked his father Leto.My advice: read the book before seeing the movie, that way you won't leave the theater scratching your head if they omitted anything.
Here's Mine:Tenet - Christopher NolanThe French Dispatch - Wes AndersonDune - Dennis VilleneuveLast Night In Soho - Edgar Wright
Jeremy referencing Red dwarf.. new respect
I didnt hate the 3rd act of wonder woman... minus the casting for the villain... *shrugs*
5:18 yes Jeremy the Reaper is indeed back.
Anyone else surprised Birds of Prey didn’t make the list?!
1984 = Is that release year of Blade Runner??
0:03 Maybe no one has told you yet but must pronounce 2020 as "twenty-twenty" instead of "two-thousand twenty"! FFS.
0:03 Jeremy jahns the type of guy to pronounce 2020 as “two thousand twenty” instead of “twenty-twenty”
I'll make this quick & easy - Dune.
Dude I’ve learned to appreciate The Beach Boys as of late. I finally listened to Pet Sounds after trying years ago and hating it. Now I can’t get enough of it
"Speaking of iconic and classy we're gonna lead right into Bill & Ted ..." a reviewer after my own heart. Bless you, Jeremy. And yes, Death is totally in it and he's delighted to be back.
A Quiet Place 2. Not even watching a trailer. Everything else that may interest me just makes me equally nervous.
